do autoreply on incoming jabber private messages except commands. to enable use autoreply-cfg txt <message to send>.

commands

1. autoreply-cfg

   plugin configuration

   <user> !autoreply-cfg
   <output> options: txt=""
   

2. autoreply-cfgsave

   save plugin configuration

   <user> !autoreply-cfgsave
   <output> config saved
   

3. autoreply-disable

   disable the autoreply functionality

   <user> !autoreply-disable
   <output> autoreply is disabled
